We’re growing from 72 to 200 RV sites and building a new clubhouse. Here’s what is being built, and when it opens.
Our new clubhouse is 56 feet wide and 80 feet long, with a concrete patio about 76 by 25 feet on the south side facing Sunset Pond. Opening by late May 2027.
A second court next to the existing one. Opening by late May 2027.

The 128 new sites bring Hidden Ponds to 200 sites for 2027. The electric lines are in the ground; the city utility still needs to connect the main power lines and transformer before the new pedestals go live. We expect them ready for the 2027 season.
About 81 of the newest sites have 100 amp service, in addition to the 50, 30 and 20 amp service at every site.
Two new ponds are being built along Ron’s Road. There will also be a community garden for residents.
