At Hidden Ponds, we believe the best kind of outdoor space is one that feels alive, welcoming, and safe for everyone guests, pets, birds, frogs, and the little creatures that call our ponds and green spaces home.

That’s why we take a thoughtful approach to lawn care by limiting harsh weed killers and poisonous chemicals whenever possible. You may notice a little clover or crabgrass here and there, but we see it as part of caring for the environment in a healthier, more natural way.

Our goal is simple: beautiful grounds, happy guests, safer pets, and a resort that works with nature not against it.

Spend the 2027 season at Hidden Ponds

Lease a site for the full season, May 1 to November 1, 2027, and leave your RV in place all summer. Sites for 2027 are open to anyone.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Hidden Ponds RV Resort was the perfect quiet escape we were looking for. The resort is beautifully landscaped, and our site was spacious with plenty of privacy. It's a very peaceful and clean park, and the "hidden ponds" are a nice touch for a morning walk. The staff was friendly and the whole place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. It’s conveniently located just a short drive from downtown South Haven, making it easy to enjoy the town and then retreat to a quiet spot. Nightly stays

At least 10 sites are kept for nightly guests in 2027, so friends, family and anyone curious about a season here can stay a few nights first.

We are building 128 new sites and a new clubhouse through spring 2027. [WAIT: working hours and expected end date from Kevin.] If construction noise matters to you, call us at (269) 204-5500 before booking. [VERIFY with Kevin whether staff can steer guests to sites away from the work.]

Resort Guidelines

Safety and Vehicle Regulations

Speed limit of 10 mph throughout the resort.
Only licensed drivers may operate motor vehicles, including electric golf carts.
Testing and repair of vehicles are not permitted in the resort.
Skateboards, bicycles, and rollerblades are allowed during daylight hours only.
Gas golf carts, ATVs, and moped vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Only one RV per site.
No parking on unoccupied sites or on grass; use designated spaces only.
Clotheslines are not permitted; drying racks on RVs are allowed temporarily.

Pet Policy

Pets should not be left unattended anywhere in the resort.
Pets must be leashed when outside the RV unit.
Pets with excessive barking or aggressive behavior are not allowed.
Owners must address such issues promptly or may be asked to leave without a refund.
Up to two pets are allowed per site, subject to management approval. Certain aggressive dog breeds may not be permitted.
Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.
Pets are not allowed in the pool, buildings, or playgrounds. A dog park is available near the main entrance.
Do not allow pets to dig at your site or in the pet play areas.

Pool Rules

The pool is open from 9 AM to sundown during the season (June - August). Hours may vary based on the season.
There is no lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. Diving and running around the pool are prohibited.
Proper swimming attire is required. Cut-off shorts are not allowed.
Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests must shower before entering the pool
Glass objects are not allowed in the pool area.

Pets are welcome on a leash
Wi-Fi – Hidden Ponds provides basic Wi-Fi; however, higher-speed Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee. Please inquire at the office for more information.

Prohibited items

Management can evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the resort or for rule violations. The “3 Strike Rule” may apply, and the rules are subject to change.

These guidelines are in place to ensure safety, hygiene, and fair management practices within the resort.
